Entitlements
- Participants
Conference registrants for APSSM 2011 are entitled for all scientific sessions, poster presentation and tea breaks. Further, they are also invited to opening ceremony, Gala Dinner and closing ceremony. Each participant will receive a program, abstract and related information on site. - Accompanying Persons
Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the opening ceremony, Gala Dinner and closing ceremony, exhibition, and poster presentation
Group Registration
In case of 10 or more participants you can contact to apssm2011@knaintl.com.tw obtains the group registration form.
On-Site Registration
Payment must be made in cash NT Dollars or by credit card
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat Office will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the participants' travel and visa arrangements. It does not imply provision of financial or other support.
Confirmation of Registration
You will receive confirmation of registration via Email once your registration has been processed. If you register and do not receive a confirmation, please contact with Secretariat Office. Or you can bring a copy of your Registration Form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.
All participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.

Please attach a copy of the bank transfer confirmation with the applicant’s name to the registration form. Applicants must pay all charges for the transfer.
Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the secretariat. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to October 31, 2011 Refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All approved refunds will only be made after the Congress.
